About the role

As a Sales Development Representative, you sit at the front of our go-to-market engine. You’ll research and prioritise target accounts — system integrators, resellers and enterprises — open conversations, qualify needs, and hand warm, well-qualified opportunities to our solutions team. It’s the ideal launchpad into enterprise technology sales, with structured training across a portfolio of world-class vendors.

What you’ll do

Research & target accounts

Identify and prioritise SIs, resellers and enterprises across our vendor portfolio.

Outbound prospecting

Open and qualify opportunities through calls, email and LinkedIn — consistently and creatively.

Qualify inbound leads

Follow up on leads from webinars, events and the website, and route the best ones.

Book qualified meetings

Set demos and discovery calls for the pre-sales and account teams.

Keep the CRM clean

Log activity, manage your pipeline and report on what’s working.

Learn the portfolio

Know enough about Forcepoint, PRTG, KRON PAM, Illumio and Rubrik to spark genuine interest.

What you’ll need

  • 0–3 years in sales / SDR / BDR — or a strong graduate eager to start in tech sales
  • Confident communicator in Thai and English, written and spoken
  • Genuine curiosity about cybersecurity and IT infrastructure
  • Organised, resilient and target-driven
  • Comfortable with CRM and modern sales tools

Nice to have

  • Prior exposure to IT or cybersecurity
  • Experience with HubSpot or Salesforce
  • An existing network in the Thai IT channel
