This Privacy Policy explains how Network365 Co., Ltd. ("Network365", "we", "us") handles personal data collected through our website networks365.net and related sales, marketing and support activities. It is written to align with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA) and, where it applies, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

01 Who we are

Network365 Co., Ltd. is an authorized distributor of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud and managed-services technologies, based in Bangkok, Thailand. For personal data submitted through networks365.net, Network365 acts as the data controller.

You can reach our privacy team at privacy@networks365.net.

02 Scope of this policy

This policy covers personal data we collect when you visit networks365.net, submit one of our forms (contact, demo, quote or deal registration), subscribe to updates, or otherwise communicate with our sales and support teams. It does not cover the practices of the third-party vendors whose products we distribute — each vendor maintains its own privacy notice for the products and services it operates.

03 Data we collect

Information you provide

  • Contact & enquiry details — your name, work email, organisation, role, phone number, country and any message or requirement you include in a form.
  • Deal registration details — end-customer and opportunity information submitted by partners.

Information collected automatically

  • Technical & log data — IP address, browser/user-agent, referring URL, pages requested and timestamps, recorded in server logs.
  • Anti-bot signals — a Cloudflare Turnstile token used solely to confirm a request is not automated. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking.

04 How we use your data

  • Responding to your enquiry and providing the information, quote, demo or trial you requested.
  • Administering partner deal registrations and pre-sales engagements.
  • Operating, securing and improving our website and detecting abuse or fraud.
  • Sending service or relationship communications you have asked for; you can opt out at any time.
  • Meeting our legal, tax and accounting obligations.

05 Legal bases for processing

Where the PDPA or GDPR applies, we rely on the following bases:

  • Consent — when you submit a form or opt in to communications. You may withdraw consent at any time.
  • Legitimate interests — to secure our website, prevent abuse and manage our business relationships, balanced against your rights.
  • Contract — to take steps at your request before or during an engagement.
  • Legal obligation — to keep records required by law.

06 Sharing & service providers

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with trusted providers who process it on our behalf under appropriate agreements, including:

  • Hosting, CDN and infrastructure providers that operate our website.
  • Email delivery used to route and respond to your enquiry.
  • Cloudflare, for bot protection (Turnstile) only.
  • Relevant vendor or distributor partners, where necessary to fulfil a quote, trial or deal you have requested.

We may also disclose data where required by law or to protect our legal rights.

07 Retention

DataRetention
Enquiry & form submissionsUp to 24 months after last contact, then deleted or anonymised
Server & security logsUp to 90 days
Accounting & tax recordsAs required by applicable law

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above or to meet legal requirements.

08 International transfers

Some of our providers may process data outside Thailand. Where we transfer personal data across borders, we apply appropriate safeguards — such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and the cross-border transfer mechanisms permitted under the PDPA — to ensure your data remains protected.

09 Cookies & tracking

networks365.net uses only the cookies and local storage strictly necessary for the site to function and to remember basic preferences. We do not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If we introduce analytics or marketing cookies in future, we will request your consent through a cookie banner before they are set. You can also control cookies through your browser settings.

10 Security

We protect personal data with encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+), role-based access controls, network and account hardening, logging and regular review. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk.

11 Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to:

  • Access a copy of your personal data and information about how we use it.
  • Rectify inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Erase your data ("right to be forgotten") where applicable.
  • Restrict or object to certain processing.
  • Receive your data in a portable format.
  • Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting prior processing.
  • Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Thailand, the Office of the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC).

To exercise any right, email privacy@networks365.net. We respond within the timeframes required by law.

12 Children

Our website and services are intended for business users and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, please contact us so we can delete it.

13 Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, take reasonable steps to notify you. Please review this page periodically.
